At present, the property includes 7.5 tropical wooded acres, 5 casitas each housing two suites (10 rooms in all) reception, dining room and kitchen, 3 bedroom owners’ quarters and a pool. AT presently employs a staff of nine local Costa Rican people. Plans are in the works for an activity center, treatment rooms, Jacuzzi and additional guest quarters. The business commenced in January 2006 and is gaining in notoriety. At present AT enjoys a 4 ½ star rating from TripAdvisor.com. | |

AT will offer high quality yet affordable guest packages which will include individualized health guidance (acupuncture, specialized massage, herbal & nutritional counseling, mind-body, biofeedback, sound and energy medicine). Packages will also provide opportunities to explore nearby Costa Rican attractions such as the beach and tropical parks. As the stresses of modern life increase, the demand for true, supported rest and rejuvenation continues to spike. Recycling, energy conservation and natural methods of agriculture and pest control are quickly being implemented here as the hotel works toward certification in sustainable tourism (CST). Already a large organic garden, fruit trees and 200 pineapple plants are growing on the property. Building materials and concepts will be designed to have minimal impact on the land. | |

Even though investors, as a group, own only 48% of the company, they are entitled to 80% of total profits until the original investment amount is paid back. After that obligation is fulfilled, partners get annual dividends equal to whatever their % share amounts to. | |
